Returns policy

In the unlikely event that you want to return your compatible inks or toners, we offer a 14-day no-quibble returns policy, provided that the items are unopened and in resalable condition.

Before sending anything back, please email sales@cyprustoners.com with your:

• Name
• Order number
• Description of the problem or reason for return

We will reply and supply the relevant RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. We cannot accept returns without this.
